PAWDELI is committed to providing fast, reliable delivery services and ensuring product quality reaches our valued customers.
I. Shipping Origin and Delivery Scope
Shipping Origin: All PAWDELI orders are packed and shipped from **Hanoi**.
Delivery Scope: PAWDELI delivers **nationwide across Vietnam**.
Some remote areas or locations restricted by our shipping partners may not be within the delivery scope. In such cases, PAWDELI customer service will contact you directly to notify and assist with suitable alternative solutions.
II. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Order Processing Time
- Successfully confirmed orders will be processed by PAWDELI and handed over to the shipping carrier within **1 - 2 business days** (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Orders placed after **16:00** each day will be counted towards the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is successfully handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times may be longer than expected during peak periods (Holidays, Tet, major sales events) or due to force majeure factors (natural disasters, epidemics, traffic incidents, etc.). PAWDELI will proactively notify customers in case of significant delays.
III. Shipping Costs
- **Cost calculation:** Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on: Actual weight and dimensions of the order, Delivery address (distance from Hanoi), and Shipping method.
- **Cost display:** Shipping costs will be clearly and accurately displayed on the **final checkout page** before the customer confirms the order.
- **Free Shipping Program:** PAWDELI applies a Free Shipping policy for orders meeting the minimum value requirement according to each promotion (this information will be updated on the website).
IV. Delivery Process and Responsibilities
Inspection and Signing upon Receipt:
- Upon receipt, customers are encouraged to **inspect the product packaging** to ensure it is intact, not dented, torn, or showing unusual signs before paying (for COD orders) and signing.
- If any external damage is detected, please notify the delivery staff immediately and contact PAWDELI for timely support.
Responsibility and Risk:
PAWDELI's responsibility ends when the product has been successfully delivered after **48 hours** to the customer or authorized recipient with a confirmation signature (or other valid proof of delivery).
- If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or if the customer cannot be contacted, PAWDELI will attempt to contact again up to **2 times**. After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled.
- Any costs incurred (if any) due to failed delivery caused by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
