PAWDELI provides flexible, secure, and convenient payment methods to bring the best shopping experience to our valued customers.
I. Accepted Payment Methods
PAWDELI accepts the following two (02) main payment methods:
1. Cash On Delivery (COD)
- **Method:** Customers pay directly in cash to the delivery staff immediately upon receiving and inspecting the order.
- **Scope:** Applicable to all orders nationwide.
- **Note:** Customers are encouraged to check the product packaging (integrity, seal) before payment.
2. Pre-payment (Online Payment)
PAWDELI accepts pre-payment methods via secure payment gateways, including:
- International Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.
- Payment via E-wallets.
- Bank Transfer: Payment via domestic banks.
II. Online Payment Process (Pre-payment)
To ensure transparency and security, the online payment process at PAWDELI is carried out as follows:
- **Select Items and Place Order:** Customers select products, fill in shipping information, and choose the Pre-payment method.
- **Review Information:** The system displays the final total order value. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details and personal information.
- **Make Payment:** Customers are redirected to the secure payment gateway interface, proceed to enter card/account information, and confirm the transaction.
- **Successful Confirmation:** PAWDELI will send order confirmation via Email and/or SMS. The order will be processed and shipped according to the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
III. Payment Security Assurance
PAWDELI is committed to absolute confidentiality of your payment information:
No storage of sensitive information: PAWDELI does not directly collect or store any sensitive information regarding bank accounts, credit card numbers, or your passwords. This information is processed entirely through reputable payment gateways licensed to operate in Vietnam.
IV. Handling Payment Errors
- **Transaction Error:** If a transaction fails (money deducted but order not confirmed), please contact PAWDELI immediately and provide transaction evidence (screenshot, transaction code).
- **Refund due to error:** PAWDELI will proceed to refund 100% of the erroneously deducted amount to the customer. **Refund time** may take **5-15 business days** depending on the bank's processing procedures.
- **Refund due to return:** Refunds related to the Return and Refund Policy will be handled according to the regulations in the Return Policy.
