PAWDELI Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the PAWDELI website. Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully before accessing, using, or ordering on our website. Your use of services at PAWDELI means that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

I. Online Purchasing Terms

Customers participating in transactions must have full civil act capacity according to the provisions of Vietnamese law.

  • Ordering process: Customers select products, quantity, fill in recipient information (name, delivery address, phone number), and choose a payment method.
  • Order confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed only when PAWDELI sends a notification via Email/SMS. Within 24 hours, if there are errors, we will contact you to resolve them.
⚠️ NOTE ON ORDER CANCELLATION
  • Customers have the right to cancel the order before PAWDELI proceeds to pack and hand it over to the shipping unit. Please contact the Hotline immediately.
  • After the order has been handed over to the shipping unit, order cancellation will be considered according to the Return and Refund Policy.

II. Price and Product Information

Listed price: Product prices on the website are final prices including VAT (if any) and excluding shipping fees.

Product description: PAWDELI commits to providing the most accurate information possible. However, actual colors may differ slightly due to screen display.

🏷️ CASE OF PRICING ERRORS

In case of technical errors displaying incorrect prices, PAWDELI will notify you for adjustment. If the customer does not agree with the new price, we will cancel the order and refund 100% of the amount the customer has paid (if any).

III. Rights and Obligations of Customers

Rights:

  • To purchase goods of correct quality and listed price.
  • To have the right to request verification and correction of personal information.
  • To be guaranteed rights regarding Returns and Refunds.

Obligations:

  • Provide accurate delivery information.
  • Pay the full order value.

IV. Rights and Obligations of PAWDELI

  • Rights: Refuse orders if fraud is suspected; Change terms (with notice).
  • Responsibilities: Deliver as committed; Secure customer information; Resolve complaints fairly.
